6. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You may not use StackNex Hosting T/A StackNex Technology Group Services for any unlawful or prohibited activity, including but not limited to:
6.1 Prohibited Content & Activities
- Hosting malware, viruses, trojans, or phishing sites
- Spam or unsolicited bulk email
- Botnets, hacking tools, or exploit scripts
- DDoS attacks or facilitating attacks
- Child sexual exploitation material (CSEM)
- Copyright infringement or illegal distribution of content
- Hosting or promoting fraud, scams, or deceptive services
- Activities that disrupt or degrade the performance of our network
6.2 Resource Abuse
You may not:
- Exceed resource limits stated in your plan
- Use shared hosting for high-load services (e.g., mining, video streaming, game hosting) unless permitted
- Run persistent background processes on shared hosting
We reserve the right to throttle or suspend services due to excessive resource consumption.
7. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you upload or host on our Services. However, by using our Services, you grant us limited rights to store, transmit, and display your content as necessary to operate the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have legal rights to all content you upload.
8. Backups
We may offer backup services, but:
- Backups are not guaranteed unless explicitly included in your plan or purchased
- You are responsible for maintaining your own backups
- We are not liable for data loss, corruption, or deletion
9. Uptime & Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime unless you have a written Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Service interruptions may occur due to:
- Maintenance
- Third-party infrastructure failures
- Security incidents
- Force majeure events
10. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your Services immediately if:
- You violate these Terms or the AUP
- You fail to pay fees
- You create security risks or harm to infrastructure
- We are legally required to act
You may terminate your Services at any time. No refunds will apply unless required by law or stated in our refund policy.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials owned by ADBooster Hosting remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.
12. Third-Party Services
We may integrate or provide access to third-party services (e.g., payment processors, control panels, domain registrars). We are not responsible for third-party service performance, terms, or actions. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, StackNex Hosting T/A StackNex Technology Group is not liable for:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business
- Loss of data
- Business interruption
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StackNex Hosting T/A StackNex Technology Group and its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of Services
- Your content
- Your breach of these Terms
15. Privacy

16. Changes to These Terms

17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes must be brought in the courts of United Kingdom, unless prohibited by law.
